Roberta Lee Larabee, 82, of Ellensburg, Washington, passed away on December 14,

2019 of natural causes. She lived in Kent, WA the majority of her life, recently

moving to an Independent Living apartment in Ellensburg, WA in October 2018.

Roberta was born in Shelby on January 7, 1937 to Leonard Laurence Bantin

and Martha Florence Bantin. She graduated from Shelby High School and was active in

the Drill Team. She went on to earn a business degree from Kinman Business University

in Spokane, WA.

home in Houston, TX.

Roberta, in her childbearing years, was active in the Lutheran Church, and was a fantastic

homemaker. As her children reached the age of self-care, Roberta worked in both the

lakes during the summer months. She enjoyed watching softball, baseball, and football as

a fan of the WSU Cougars, Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks. Roberta was an avid

dog lover, over the years she had many loyal companions.

Survivors include her three children, Terri Roberts of Mt. Vernon, WA, Linda Larabee of

Houston, TX, and Michael Larabee of Berwyn Heights, MD; three

grandchildren, Mitch Roberts, Michaela Larabee, and John Larabee; and two great-

grandchildren, Tyson Roberts and Addison Roberts.
