Donald L. Miller, 82, passed away the morning of February 16th, 2021 at Peace Hospice Care Facility in Great Falls. Donald was born on August 11, 1938 in Conrad to Irean (Hann) Miller and Joe Miller. He was born into a family of seven. His family moved to Great Falls where Donald went to grade school and then to Augusta where he went to high school until his junior year. He then started to work on farms. Donald moved back to Conrad and started a job at Conrad Motor and Tire. This is where Don met Marge and Skip Skipwith. They helped him get back into school so he could graduate. Donald graduated from Conrad High School with the Class of 1960. This is where he met Carol Luce. After a couple years they married on June 30th, 1962. Donald worked as a rodman for the highway department for 5 years. He owned and operated the Conoco Bulk Plant for 18 years. After selling the business he went to work for Kellogg Trucking which became Cenex Trucking where he hauled crude oil until retirement.

Donald and Carol had 3 boys. Their oldest, Brian Miller, married to Susan Miller and their children, Nate and Josie. Their middle son, Jeff, married to Robin Miller, and his children, Kolby, Nick, Mackenzie, Zack and Dylan. Their youngest son, Jason Miller, and children, Julia and Jackie. Don and Carol have 8 beautiful great grandchildren.

Donald loved his past and present church. He enjoyed all the wonderful times in Jaycees, camping with friends and family, his yard and gardening. He loved to share the produce from his garden to his friends, family, and some of his neighbors. Donald was a truly kind, loving, stubborn, strong, and thoughtful man. Don was a man who was always there to lend a helping hand whenever it was needed.

Don is survived by his brother, Dwayne Miller; his wife, Carol Miller; all three of his boys; his 9 grandchildren; and his 8 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
