Yvonne "Bonnie" Sammons

 Yvonne (Bonnie) Sammons, 93, of Cut Bank, passed away on August 13th, 2025. She was born December 27th, 1931, in Highmore, South Dakota to Reuben & Anna Bawdon. She attended school growing up in Highmore South Dakota, Baker & Cut Bank, Montana, where she graduated high school. Bonnie worked at the original Point Drive-In and Glacier Distributors. She met her future husband and eternal soulmate Chet Sammons, and they married in 1953. They raised four children together and one of Bonnie’s favorite jobs was being a homemaker and helping on the farm. 

 Bonnie was a part of many organizations a few being P.E.O., Hospital Auxiliary and Senior Center Board. She was active in St Paul Lutheran Church for many years as well. Bonnie enjoyed golf, bowling, playing cards, gardening, the outdoors, socializing and having fun times with family and friends. Her unique charm, wisdom and sincere relationships will be missed by many. 

 She is survived by her children, Greg (Kim) Sammons, Steve (Kathie) Sammons, Keith (Jane) Sammons and Marie Sammons, as well as many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. 

 The memorial service will be September 26th, 2025, at 10 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church with graveside service and reception to follow.
