Tony Philipps

Anthony(Tony) Philipps passed away Saturday February 2nd 2019 in Missoula Montana after several years of declining health.  Tony was 55 years old and born in Conrad to Elmer and Dina Philipps.  Tony's childhood years were on the farm near Conrad and later in group homes and developmental centers such as Northern Gateway Group of Conrad, the Montana Development Center of Boulder and Missoula Developmental Services.

Tony enjoyed toy cars, country music, puzzles and car rides.

He is survived by his parents Elmer and Dina Philipps of Conrad, sisters Anna (Neil) Young , Donna Tutton, Louise (Scott) Stoner, Joan (John) Cherniga and brothers Jerry (Phyllis) Philipps and Dave (Ann) Philipps.Tony is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Michaels Catholic Church Friday February 15th at 11am. following the reception, there will be a private ceremony for the interment of ashes at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
