Peg L. Johannes

Peggy (Peg) Lou Johannes, 60, passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday July 7th, 2018 surrounded by her family and friends. She was born December 23rd, 1957 to Winnie and Betty (Dalien) Johannes in Shelby, Montana. Peg served in the US Navy and was honorably discharged.

Peg enjoyed being a veteran and  helping and caring for people. She had a huge heart and would do anything for someone in need. She loved her foster kids, Vinnie and JD. Her dear friends Laverne, Shane and Josette were always close to her heart. Her nephew Billy and sister Sherry were her most beloved.

You could find Peg traveling with her sister, stirring up trouble. Peg and Sherry are now in heaven laughing together and causing mischief once again. Two angels are now watching from above and rooting for their favorite past time, the Seattle Seahawks.

Survivors include nephews, William "Billy" (Kelly) Silvia and Jack (Josie) Johannes

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Jack Johannes; sister Sherry Smith; nieces Jalee Johannes and Jerri Johannes and many aunts, uncles and friends.

Graveside services with military honors will be Saturday, July 14, at 2:00 PM at Mountain View Cemetery. A reception at the Coyote Club will follow the service.
