Lillian Hjordis (Berge) Ulmen

Lillian Hjordis Ulmen passed away peacefully at Logan Health Care Chester, Montana on October 12, 2022.  She was born on September 23, 1925 at Goldstone, Montana to Eivind and Clara (Sanda) Berge.  She attended and graduated from high School in Rudyard in 1944.   On September 5, 1946 she married Clifford Ulmen and they lived in Rudyard and Goldstone.   They had two daughters, Lila and Karen.    She was active in Our Saviors and Goldstone Lutheran Churches, PTA, Bowling, VFW Club, Birthday and Hobby Clubs.

She was preceded   in death by her parents; Uncle Ed; sister, Hilda Ewald; brother, Sam Berge; and husband, Cliff.

She is survived by her sister, Evelyn Wanke; brother-in-law, Denny (Dolly) Ulmen, her  daughters, Lila (Dan) Redding and Karen (Tom) Cahill;  grandchildren, Kristie and Mark Rhodes, Jennifer Redding and Matt Wenberg, Steven and Stefnie Redding, Carlye and Phillip Doran, Justin Redding, Kellie Cahill and Ryan Cahill; great-grandchildren,  Kate and Lily Rhodes, Mason and Brody Wenberg, Coyal and Saydie Redding, Halle, Ryder, Tate and Asher Doran, Rylan Redding, Skylar and Sienna Cherry.
