Delores Helena Myers, 83, passed away peacefully on May 1st, 2026, in Great Falls, Montana, following a short hospital stay. She was surrounded by the love of her family.

Born in Sauk Centre, Minnesota to John and Agnes Steinhoff, Delores built a life defined by devotion to family, hard work, and generosity. For 60 years, she shared life's joys and challenges with her beloved husband, Jerry Myers. Together they built a family and loving home in Conrad. To know Delores was to know good food, beautiful flowers, and a home where everyone was welcome. If you lived in or around Conrad, chances are you enjoyed one of her donuts, pies, caramel rolls, or perhaps even a slice of wedding cake she lovingly created. Her kitchen was a gathering place where recipes were perfected, stories were shared, and nobody ever left hungry. Delores believed that if something was worth doing, it was worth doing right the first time. She carried that philosophy into every aspect of her life. Whether she was preparing a meal, tending her flower gardens, sewing a quilt, or caring for her family, she approached every task with pride, determination, and attention to detail. She could be wonderfully stubborn when she believed she was right—and more often than not, she was, you just had to ask her. Her flower gardens were incredible. Carefully planned and lovingly maintained, they reflected the beauty, patience, and care she brought to everything she did. She was also an avid quilter and fabric enthusiast. Family members often joked that she was determined to win the unofficial contest of "she who dies with the most fabric wins." While the final count remains unknown, few would argue she wasn't among the frontrunners. More than anything, Delores loved her family. She found her greatest happiness in caring for those she loved and celebrating their accomplishments,

Delores is survived by her husband, Jerry Myers; her children, Kathy Stokes (Mike) of Billings, Montana, Jerry Myers (Jeri) of Great Falls, Montana, Bill Myers (Tina) of Malta, Montana, and Brian Myers (Erin) of Spokane, Washington. She was a proud grandmother to 11 grandchildren and great-grandmother to 10 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride.

She will be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and forever loved. A gathering will be planned by the family at a later date to celebrate her incredible life.
