Clara P. (Kalgaard) Skeslien

Clara Kalgaard Skeslien, 102 passed away July 31, 2019 at Marias Care Center.  She was born May 4 1917 in Conrad to Martin and Anna Kalgaard.

Clara married Carl Edward Skeslien July 31,1936 in Shelby. They raised their family in Dunkirk and Shelby.

Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Carl; Elaine (Dolly) Engles and Mary Welker. She was the oldest of 8 Kalgaard children, whom all preceded her in death. She is survived by sons, Curt (Connie) Skeslien of Butte, Ed and (Barb) Skeslien of Shelby; daughters, Anna (Carl ) Clark of Shelby, Donna (Lewis) Sanchez of Helena, and Diane (Ray) Stoker of Helena; many grandchildren,  great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nephew and nieces.

Graveside services will be August 5, 2019 at 3 pm, at Valley View Cemetery.
